I will definitely be reading this, as I have recently been saved by 3 Welsh Corgis. Without them, I'm not sure that I would have made it.

Don't know about small dogs specifically (although this is a fantastic title!), but my 2 Labrador retrievers helped me get through the infidelity hell too.

My 4 pups have kept me from focusing soley(sp) on my unbearable pain. I had to function to care for them...

my 4lb chihuahua to my 120lb Alsatian. They are my strength. I love them,

hard work pays off.... so does the emotional hard work.... happy me.... worry less, do more

I totally concur. The American Eskimo has the personality of Hannibal Lecter, while the beagle is more like Forrest Gump. Walking them at the same time is a maddening experience, not to mention meal-time.

I can't tell you what to do, but I can tell you what not to do.
