One of my new year's resolutions (or new year's projects) is to rebuild my self-esteem after dealing with the A fallout. I have been very pleased with the results of using the exercises in this book already, and want to recommend it to anyone who would like to reinforce good self esteem or rebuild self esteem.
The book is "Self Esteem: A Proven Program of Cognitive Techniques for Assessing, Improving, and Maintaining Your Self-Esteem" by Dr. Matthew McKay and Patrick Fanning.
It is highly readable, well organized, and builds your control over your self-image step by step, allowing you to go at your own pace, controlling every aspect of the process. I can't recommend it highly enough!
