Reading a fantastic book right now that has helped me at least TRY to stay positive and realize that this terrible time needs to be viewed as a learning experience and a blessing in disguise.

It's called Broken Open by Elizabeth Lesser. The main theme of the book is how difficult times (divorce, death.loss of job, loss of friendships, etc.) can be the catapults for the changes that we've needed all along and can grow from.

It's started me on a spiritual journey that I've need to be on for a LONG time.

Hope this helps someone else like it's helped me.

Thank you. Is it available on The Nook? Sounds like a fascinating read.

This is a GREAT book!

One to buy for sure.

That said, know that the author did have a (remorseful) affair. It could be triggery.
