Anyone else read this?

I started it this weekend and it's blowing my mind. I feel like it's must-read material for those of us with abandonment issues and/or crappy childhoods. It's pretty woo-woo at times (lots of talk about Buddhism) but it's tying together the childhood issues to the adult issues in ways I hadn't thought of.

“There is a limit to the amount of misery and disarray you will put up with, for love, just as there is a limit to the amount of mess you can stand around a house. You can’t know the limit beforehand, but you will know when you’ve reached it."

This is the 2nd time I've heard of this book. My yoga and meditation friend highly recommended this to me.

She told me to write down my thoughts and feelings and get a highlighter.

I want to order this book soon.

It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.' I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone. ~ Rose Kennedy ~
