That sounds drastic.

The life of every man is a diary in which he means to write one story, and writes another; and his humblest hour is when he compares the volume as it is with what he vowed to make it.

I googled it just for an idea... it's four 400 calorie meals.

four 400 calorie meals.

Well, thank goodness. This caught my eye and because of what I do for a living I thought OH NO...there's been plenty of wacky diets out there but ANYONE who would recommend only 400 calories per day is insane and setting themselves up for serious liability!!

BSO(me): 60-ish! How did THAT happen? Was only 50-ish when I first joined in 2009!
