If you have not read Janet Evanovich . . . she has stuff that is entertaining. It is stale in book 13 or 14 of the series, but fun, entertaining beach slop for the first five or ten books.

I have read the evanovitch books. In fact, I read them at the beach years back. I didn't buy the new one, but bought number 15 used at Hastings, so I'm gonna read that one.
I also picked up the beginners guide to coaching youth soccer. Hopefully I understand at all.
Thanks!@

I'm the queen of Trashy Novels.
Jennifer Crusie, Stephanie Bond, Ann Tyler, Elin Hilderbrand, Cast Aways, Jodi Picoult--NOT trashy, but sooo good.
Jude Devereaux, Anita Shreve, Sandra Hill, Rachel Gibson, Lori Foster, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Jane Heller, Olivia Goldsmith...
I put your picture away. Sat down and cried today.

I like Carl Hiaasen for beach read, not so trashy but fun satire.
