Me too, the idea of "not resisting what is" is wonderful, even though hard to put into practice.

yes, the non-resistance and the concept of 'now' helped me disengage long enough to breathe!

I listened to him on the books on tape version. Unfortunately, I've forgotten a lot of it. Very relaxing voice.
