We are talking about this today in my church group. I think I need to pick it up. Has anyone read this?

Did you check the Amazon reviews, buddy?
She packed up her potential and all she had learned and headed out to change a few things.

Moo,
I bought this book for every woman in my faith sharing group. I've leant my dog-eared and worn copy to 1/2 dozen people and I just went to a book signing for her new book (Be the Miracle).
I've been following Regina Brett since her days at the at the Akron Beacon Journal.
Her columns are amazing and this book is truly a treasure.
Several of the friends I bought it for said that if you only followed the first three essays, you'd be doing better than good.

ps. I'd lend you my dog-eared copy, but my niece has it. I'll gladly send you her second book ...after my two friends on the waiting list are done with it!

I must be living under a rock because I have never heard of it before but now it has been added to my endless list of must reads

traic,
You're not living under a rock...you're just living in Texas!
Brett is a bit of a local celebrity here (NE Ohio). I think the book got a lot more publicity here than where you are.
By all means, add it to your list...it's a great book!

Marriages that start this way, stepping over the bodies of loved ones as the giddy couple walks down the aisle, are not likely to last.
