My EAP counselor suggested it. Is this worth the read? I've read so many relationship-help books that they are starting to run together in my mind.

I think it is worth the read. It really helped us to think about how our FOO issues impacted our relationship, as well as articulate what we needed/wanted/expected in our relationship.
