I didn't see this in the first 10 pages, so forgive me if I'm bringing up a title that's been discussed. I'm considering reading "Hold Me Tight" by Sue Johnson. Not to make my M better (too late for that!) but to help in my NB. I suppose I could just bite the bullet and buy it, but I've already got a backlog of five books and nowhere to put 100 books already... (yes, I do have a bit of a book addiction). Anyway. Any thoughts on this particular book?

Hi Nell,
There was discussion of this book in the thread titled "Has anyone read the book".
To recap my reply, I personally really liked this book. I found her exploration of attachment theory and the amygdala very interesting.
