I listen to uplifting audiobooks to keep my spirits up. I have a hard time reading 'self-help' books, but I joined audible.com and listening to the audio version really works for me.
Positivity is a find. She does original scientific studies on what makes people flourish and has come up with a ratio of 3:1 postive:negative thoughts. this is the number that makes a tipping point that shifts us from languishing to thriving.
Her website is positivityratio.com and there is a self test you can take to see what your ratio is.
