It's BAS (Big Ass Salad) night at Chez NIK. I just LOVE BAS.

What's on your menu?

You can call me NIK

Barbequed chicken wings and homemade scalloped potatoes with cheddar cheese - both were quite yummy!

Friday is always pizza night here.

Leftovers for breakfast!

Thank goodness I get up earlier than the teens or the pizza would be long gone!

Always after coffee of course.

Had Persian food for dinner and then went to House of Pies with my friends for dessert.

Lazy dinner night, smorgasbord ala Trader Joes -- Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes, lasagna, frozen Indian something or other with chick peas (pretty good) and, so I could feel like I still cooked, I made some zucchini with sauteed onions. It was a little of this, a little of that for SO, DD and me.
