So I have these little "goat friends" that I drive by a couple times a week. And they always run away from the road when I come by. Today when I was going by one didn't run away and it looked like he had his head stuck in the fence. So I turned around and sure enough his head was stuck. Silly boy.

I think he was there for a while because he was laying down. It was getting dark so he may have ended up there all night if I didn't help the little guy get out.

He was freaking out when I pulled up so I talked to him for a minute to calm him down so he wouldn't hurt himself. Then went to work to get his head free. It was like one of those puzzles where you have to get two metal pieces unstuck. Fortunately I'm pretty good at those things and was able to free his head within a few minutes.

He ran off and was just fine.

Good for you! My family had goats when I was younger and they can be good pets with tons of personality. I love that you rescued him!
