I was reading thru a bunch of threads last night and I can't remember which thread but someone mentioned the song "Just give me a reason" by Pink.
It is a beautiful song. I just played it like 5 times in a row and it makes me cry a bit.

I also played it for my BH and he loved it also.
I was wondering if anyone had any other helpful songs for our situations.
Thanks in advance

I love that song by Pink. I also like "Carry On" by Fun, particularly this part:

But I like to think
I can cheat it all
To make up for the times I've been cheated on
And it's nice to know
When I was left for dead
I was found and now I don't roam these streets
I am not the ghost you want of me

If you're lost and alone
Or you're sinking like a stone
Carry on
May your past be the sound
Of your feet upon the ground
Carry on

Well, if it's the crying you want;
Commodores....Still
Journey.....Open Arms

Yea, I'm that old.

You're not old, bc that would mean I am too! lol I love those songs.

Check out Daughtry for some cool "sorry" songs that are very relevant to our situations.

BS here. In the beginning when I was having a bad day, whether my H knew it or not I would hear him sing the Mumford & Sons chorus, "I will wait". It was like he was reaching out to me.

I really like fun too. It makes me happy. The bad members so SO YOUNG - much possibility there.

Springsteen in my fav ever so, Tunnel of Love is always good, "When the lights come down and its just the three of us, you, me and all that stuff we're so scared of."..."But the house gets haunted and the ride gets rough. You got to learn to live with what you can't rise above."

I think this can be applicable to both BS and WS... Titanium
You shout it loud, but I can't hear a word you say
I'm talking loud, not saying much
I'm criticized, but all your bullets ricochet
you shoot me down, but I get up
I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose
fire away, fire away
ricochet, you take your aim
fire away, fire away
you shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
you shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
Cut me down, but it's you who'll have further to fall
Ghost town and haunted love
Raise your voice, sticks and stones may break my bones
I'm talking loud, not saying much
I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose
fire away, fire away
ricochet, you take your aim
fire away, fire away
you shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
you shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
I am titanium
I am titanium
Stone hard, machine gun
Fired at the ones who run
Stone hard, as bulletproof glass
You shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
You shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
You shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
You shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
I am titanium
