DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

So sad, just last week he put out a statement about the cancer coming back and he was going to take some time off and watch some of his faves.

Rest In Peace.

They must have known how aggressive this round was for him to have just made a statement about taking some time off

RIP

He called his time off "a leave of presence". What a lovely way to think of it.

She packed up her potential and all she had learned and headed out to change a few things.

I remember every Saturday night at 7:30pm I would tune in to watch Siskel and Egbert for what movies to look out for.

I loved it when they debated each other and they rarely agreed on a thumbs up/thumbs down they would argue and then turn to the camera about what's coming next week.

So sad. I, too, have good memories of them both. Didnt they start of on Entertainment Tonight back in the '80's?

Oh no, I'm so saddened by this. I always felt like Roger Ebert was a member of my family. Smart, humorous but kind, fond of old comfy sweaters and armchairs... just good people.

RIP.
