Ever have so many thoughts racing through your head you feel restless and sad and mad and depressed all at once and can't focus on why?

Ugh....just ugh.

Yes. That feeling can really suck, huh?

Sometimes it helps to just slow one thing down. Like your breathing. Or to make a big brainstorm list of everything that's on your mind. And then to choose one thing as a time to look at, untangle one thread at a time. That's the hard part. We want to fix everything all at once, to make the confusion and pain stop. It takes time. Love the little things...

I'm sorry you're experiencing this right now.

Yes! I can definitely relate to that feeling.

It helps to find a way to be present in the moment....mindfulness. Pay attention to the feelings in your feet or the feeling of the air on your skin, something like that.

After things are slowed down a bit taking it one thing at a time helps me too.

ugh is right...

((((Unagie)))) I can totally relate. It keeps me up at night. Know you're not alone.

When that happens (which is almost every night) I try and find a specific moment in my life where I felt at peace, and breathe deeply and try and visualize it and feel it. May sound a little hokey, but I find it works more often than not.

Be kind to yourself hun. Just take it slow and tackle one thing at a time!
