@#$%ing customer sat surveys!

10 days or so ago, I ordered a PC for a client. Originally estimated to ship on 4/30, it shipped on 4/19. That's great, but we still don't have it.

Today I get a request to fill out a customer sat survey. R they CRAZY????

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a remanufactured toner cart from my printer. It arrived on time, and it was followed by a survey, which I dutifully filled out.

BUT, I gave no rating for the product, only for the ordering process. I don't need the thing yet, so I haven't installed it.

Not good enough! They keep sending me survey requests.

If they don't stop soon, I WILL fill out the survey, and I'll be very angry when I do it.

Rip them a new one!

Yes, I know they probably don't care about the results. But one day someone will. And your feedback combined with others, will make a difference one day.

And if you get exceptional service, be sure to name names. My IT department went from the helpless desk to my hero's! But my idiot peers keep breaking their computer or refuse to use the attachments and then they complain?!? So be sure to leave specific feedback with details good or bad
