10 days or so ago, I ordered a PC for a client. Originally estimated to ship on 4/30, it shipped on 4/19. That's great, but we still don't have it.
Today I get a request to fill out a customer sat survey. R they CRAZY????
A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a remanufactured toner cart from my printer. It arrived on time, and it was followed by a survey, which I dutifully filled out.
BUT, I gave no rating for the product, only for the ordering process. I don't need the thing yet, so I haven't installed it.
Not good enough! They keep sending me survey requests.
If they don't stop soon, I WILL fill out the survey, and I'll be very angry when I do it.
