Last night BS asked me to get off the computer, as it was causing a sever trigger. I did. Then later in the evening, I got on it again. Again, she asked me to get off. I became defensive, and told her she should be over it by now. I felt 6 inches tall. I really hurt her. Anyone else experience anything like this?

Sorry you had a rough night. Why did you get defensive?
You're going to be leaving soon right? Is that making your time on the computer more of a trigger than it might otherwise have been?

About 1 month after d-day my bs told me I killed her. I told her she was being dramatic. I may never forgive myself for that. I have learned and grown since then, but wow.

I try very hard to recognize and predict my wifes triggers and do everything I can to NOT do them. You should look at why you knowingly did what she told you would trigger her.
I don't want to cause my wife anymore pain.

Not only do you destroy your BS's heart, but you also get to dictate when she should be over it?
