First off she had the runs from lunch and she left our 45 minute appointment three times. I offered to reschedule. Then, she would close her eyes like she was fighting off a shart.

The session from hell ended with her insightful comment that I "seem angry."

NO SHIT LADY! My husband stuck his d*ck is someone else I think I'm allowed a little anger!

Pun intended?

Time to "call, New Pitcher."

You know, I would contact her first thing tomorrow (or tonight if you have her email) and tell her that you feel totally ripped off and unvalued. She should have re-scheduled before you got there or if not enough time, the 1st time you offered it. Second, you should not have to pay for this session. You didn't get attention from her. And last, I would say that you assume that due to her being ill, she didn't realize how much of a No Shit (and yeah, I would say it) comment that "you seem angry" was. About as insightful as a comment about the need for air to be present to be able to breathe. Sheesh!

Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.
