Leftovers for us too. Chicken cutlets with mushroom gravy.
I am cooking a meatloaf for tomorrow night's dinner now, though. I have a work thing and won't be home so I'm planning ahead for LD
.
DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

That's nice! I do that for FWSO and the kid too... Not that I have many work things in the evening.

Not sure yet. Ate some pasta as a snack a little while ago though... Maybe soup, a quesadilla, and some broccoli? Mmm.

Thanks, jrc. I hate for him to come in from working all day and first have to worry about what to eat. Although he's not picky and would be happy with a sandwich

FWSO won't feed himself unless it's easy, readily prepared, and of course, easy!!! Also it has to be Right In His Face or he doesn't even see it there.

Went to a Chinese buffet. Yum wonton soup
No idea on tomorrow night yet though I should probably stick something into the fridge to thaw now. The weather is nice so we'll likely bbq something.

Salads. We throw together our own version of a salad bar and have at it.
My signature mix is will include baby spinach, sweet peppers, broccoli, craisins, pistachios, feta, and ginger-sesame dressing. Yummers.
