I've been incredibly busy lately, I've neglected many many things that need to get done, and my vacay begins on Saturday.

And,

I'm fatter than I have ever been....and we are spending a week at the beach. Yeah. Nice huh?

I am seriously not even looking forward to it. In fact, I'm dreading it.

((((ppga))))

Things just seem to find a way of getting away from us don't they? I have a jillion things to do myself before I leave town for a few days on Thursday then gone for a week to a workshop I am organizing. And it doesn't matter how many things I cross off the list, a few more seem to just appear out of nowhere.

Get the highest priority things done and let the rest go. (I know, easier said than done.) And don't worry about the fat - just think about enjoying that beach!!

Once you go on your vacation, just soak up the peace and ENJOY it - you deserve it!!

The beauty of being "fat" on a vacation... Not one person there (aside from the folks who already love you) even know who you are...

Just go to the beach... be yourself, have a great time and come home less stressed and ready to tackle all those neglected things.

I bet you'll even lose a few pounds too...

It sounds like you need some relax time from being so busy. You are a beautiful person. I hope you have a wonderful vacation.
