I am in love with how simple she makes things. I watch all her videos and she is just down to earth.
I never knew you could make your own brown surgar, butter, sour cream, ranch all from scratch. And the food she makes looks so good and pretty easy.

I am a sucker for foodwishes on youtube. I made his Shepherd's pie and plantains. SO DELICIOUS! I am making his Tres Leche cake this week.

I just love how she is down to earth and explains everything and shows you how easy it really is.
