Normally,on a Friday night, he goes out for a few beers with his buddies. Last night, after receiving that letter from my attorney yesterday, he came home, mowed the lawn, brought in the trash can and the mail, made himself aa PBJ, and then spread out on the couch to watch TV. I went to bed. He still slept in the guest bedroom but I was afraid he might try to come to bed with me (the way he was acting). We,ve got a little more work to do on the flip and then he can move in there. I may have to get a court order to get him out of the house.

He's thinking, "Wait what? D means this is all real??? I'm leaving my cush life?"

Lol. Pain expression by PB&J. That's funny too.

Yep...

It's funny how that works.

They get the paperwork and that fog lifts just enough to say

"oh shit!"

Stay strong Susan!
