to avoid divorce settlement.
My attorney warned me about my exWS fleeing the country and I'm a little concerned. Anybody here deal with that situation?
Thanks

Yes, FT went Thailand to be with Twat. He came back several times to clean up his mess and sell stuff. We were able to get the divorce final and I did get my settlement.
I was lucky he did have an attorney here so I took full advantage of serving the attorney all the crap I filing to get his ass in gear and get the damn divorce.

My X fled the country after the D to avoid the IRS, the state CS enforcement, and several creditors. There is very little I can do about it.

Thanks gma. Our divorce is final but there are financial considerations still outstanding.
Dreamboat, that's my fear too. I think he's going to disappear.

Eh, I'd be happy if mine would go back to his home country. I'll give up my CS if he never sees her (DD) again. Perhaps that's just me though:)
