Anyone out here in SI land familiar with the ACT database program?
I'm working with a 2009 11.0 Version and need help importing files.
I appear to be doing something wrong and the vendor no longer supports this version.
TIA,

Thanks, jo.
I realize I'm asking people to dust off their abacuses here.

I'm not familiar with it, but have you tried this guy's videos on youtube (it says it's from 2010 but he does it with the 2009 version)

It is, thanks!
Tried it with no luck.
I think we have bigger issues and we're going to upgrade to the 2013 version next week.
Thanks for your help!
