Will someone remind me why WH won't leave?

1)He is still seeing OW.
2)He isn't happy at home.
3)He isn't trying in the marriage.
4) I have asked him to move out but he won't.
5)he hardly interacts with me and often acts like I did something wrong
6) he has been divorced before
7) there are no religious or cultural reasons
8) we do not have kids together.

Ok, so maybe he wants the house. Needs me to help with his daughter

Why else? Why doesn't he just file for divorce? I just don't understand. As I have posted elsewhere, I am struggling pulling the plug but I think part of it is because I cling to the hope that since he hasn't filed there is a chance.

Because he doesn't want to look like the bad guy....

"Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive." - Sir Walter Scott

In my effort to be *concise*, I often come off as blunt and harsh. Sorry, don't mean to be offensive.

Nothing is guaranteed and I think your wayward understands that and so just in case if his fairy tale world falls apart with the OW, then he can always run back home. He is on the fence. You need to file and knock him off. Stop having hope and start protecting yourself unless you are content with sharing your husband. He doesn't love you honey.

Once a cheater, always a cheater happens when your cheater doesn't have remorse.
Regret is not remorse- know the difference!
