For those who are interested......
Things are going really well for us, in spite of the fact that we moved forward in our relationship at warp speed.
We have been cohabiting officially for more than a month and get along like two peas in a pod. Not that we never disagree.....we even had what he refers to as a row last night. It was over his misunderstanding of a noise I made and a look on my face, and then I got emotional and cried. Later, voices were raised and we hashed it all out. End result is that we feel closer than ever with some new understanding of how we each tick.
I really like the fact that he never gets defensive about my "When x happens and youdo/say y, then I feel z" comments. He is much more interested in a "well, how can we fix this?" approach. We rarely rub each other the wrong way, but if we do then we always learn more about each other.
It makes our relationship feel like a growth medium, kwim?
Nice to know that my picker and my gut are still functioning well.....

It's my life now, my choices, my mistakes to make and my victories to celebrate. His choices made me free of liars and betrayers in my life. That is priceless.

Glad to hear things are going well.
My relationship with SO is the same way except that he never raises his voice.
Failure is success if we learn from it.
