As my anger has increased the last few weeks - for no paticular reason, well there is a reason
- I have increased my workout regimen.
This week has been a personal best of:
147 bike miles
11.5 running miles
1,200 meters of swimming - just started swimming a few weeks ago.
3 times at the gym for weight lifting.
For a total of 13 hours of exercise.
At this rate I might be able to do an iron man in no time
The running miles are usually with WW, the swimming is at the Y with my boys also swimming, the gym workouts have been at 5 am before anyone is up, and most of the bike miles are commuting to work - so the exercise is not taking much time away from the family.
