Waywardson had a rare day off today and DD was out all day, so we cooked. We got the stuff off of the grill just before it started pouring.

We had:

Habanero Peach Grilled Chicken

Grilled Squash seasoned with Jamaican Curry

Tarragon Potato Salad

Pineapple Jasmine Rice

(I don't eat like that every day. I had crackers with some cheese for dinner yesterday.)

What's for dinner at your house??

Leftovers that were still good.

It all went into a pot with rice browned till nutty in olive oil and I think it might be half way decent...maybe I have invented a new dish using a leftover cooked chicken thigh, spicy Indian food (Murg), bell peppers, and a chopped onion?

tonight will be scrambled eggs with cheese and rye toast. Tomorrow -- seeing as it's Friday -- will be the big carb-splurge meal of the week where I have angel hair pasta with a little olive oil and some cherry tomatoes. Then back to eggs.

I'm done here; sick of 2 x 4s

First of all... TACKLE HUG!!!!!! Hi unfound!

And second of all.. your cooking sucks

We had bbq'd chicken, broccoli cheese rice and corn. I managed not to burn the chicken somehow but have been known for dinner that has caught on fire in the past
