Well the Blackhawks are in the Stanley Cup finals, DDay 1 is 6/14. This time three years ago, Blackhawks were in the finals, FWH was out watching games at "friends" so he wouldn't wake the kids by yelling at tv. In reality he was out with OW2 watching the games. The parade celebrating the cup was 2 days before DDay. FWH, OW2 and OWBH were watching parade on the street with DD1 in tow. I was in my office on Michigan Avenue watching with my co-workers (and DD2). Oh and I was 8 months pg with DS1.

I erased most of the pics from the parade because OW2 was in them.

We moved to southern Indiana this past fall. FWH has watched the games all at home.

I like hockey, just have a tough time watching these days.

FWH bought a stupid mini replica stanley cup when he was out with OW2 after dday. I always wanted him to toss it, but when we moved he left in the apartment accidentally (MIL and I both refused to be responsible for it). So at least I didn't have that reminder any more.

But here we are again, Blackhawks screwed up and won. I don't trigger to often any more, but I think this could be a doozy.

Hockey is a huge trigger for me because wh and ow would text about the game while I was sleeping. I was so glad when our home team lost and was out of the finals. He stopped watching hockey for the season.

(((isadora))) I'm sorry.

I also am glad that infidelity did not touch hockey. Because I am a Hawks girl.

I'm healing, so this isn't a raw feeling. Just a feeling of dread that trigger will knock me off track. Maybe nothing will come of it. But I guess I'm just preparing for the worst.
