For those people who encouraged me in my painting, I just want to tell you that your encouragement has buoyed me tremendously. I have some exciting news: In December I have a MAJOR show at one of the city's artsiest scenes! It's crazy. I'm crazy. What a blast.

I'm not on here much any more--the combined effects of a full-time job, the part-time painting, and the grandkids back (nearly) in town-- but I wanted you to know that your good wishes have helped me more than you know! Thanks a bunch!

Thank you, everyone. Having the little girls nearby cuts down on the time I spend painting, but I don't begrudge it! Number 1 GD had her "ballet" recital last week. Here she is, accepting her diva bouquet:
