Today the FBI is searching for his body again in a field north of Detroit. Supposedly his body was put under a garage floor this time after he was hit in the head with a shovel and buried alive. The garage is no longer there--but they are looking anyway---most likely in vain.
He went missing back in 1975. At the time he was the president of the Teamsters union---with supposed Mafia ties.
I don't think they will ever find him--but it's a Detroit kind of thing to enjoy if you live here
Check this out if you are interested.

Wasn't he supposed to be around the 10 yard line in Giants Stadium at one point? Personally I think it's gonna be another Al Capone's vault...

I don't understand WHY so much time, effort and money is spent trying to find his body. What is so special about this one man? I know who he is. I don't know why he is THIS important.

I don't get it either.

well, if your family member was murdered, wouldn't you want to find his body?

well, if your family member was murdered, wouldn't you want to find his body? Yes, however for the Average Joe, I don't see authorities spending big $$ digging up various areas again and again decades after the fact...

Yes, however for the Average Joe, I don't see authorities spending big $$ digging up various areas again and again decades after the fact... I suspect they hope if they find him, they will be able to nail someone big in organized crime for it.
Your mileage may vary... in accordance with the prophecy.
