So last week was pretty bad for me. My self esteem super low, triggering hard, my WW not getting it, doubting my future with her, feeling not safe in my marriage. So I have been taking the advice from you guys here. I have been working on 180. here what I have been doing so far. I don't call her or text her like I was, I do my own thing around the house (I hear her asking me.. "Where are you going") I just do what I want to do without looking for her validation. I went out with my friends last weekend (she came too). I did a backyard campout with my kids for fathersday (she worked at night) Today we go to MC. I usually plan a date night but tonight I told her I am going to the gym. She just invited herself along. So any advice on this stuff would be awesome. I fel like I have been pretty co-dependant in our relationship and I dont want to be like that. I want my confidance and sense of sercurity back. I want to be ok with ME.

Just keep up with what you are doing! Sounds good & she appears to be mystified about the new you.

hahaha I wouldn't go that far. Yeah loving myself is awesome. The weeks I have my confidance back are WAY better for me!! I was worried 180 meant me pulling away from my relationship. The first time I tried it. I was really bitter and that energy could have been cut with a knife. Now I am just doing it feeling no bitterness towards her that I have to do this. But I am pretty ok with it. I think this will help ME out.
