Pineapple coconut cooler.
Pineapple juice, orange juice and coconut creme
Chicken skewers with peanut sauce and scallion. Pickled carrot and daikon.
Grilled pork chop glazed with soy sauce. Rice, pickled carrot.
What are you guys having?

Cereal, fruit and tea--my usual post-workout dinner.

It'd be cold by the time I got there. The Cheerios weren't half bad either.
