Saturay morning @ 4:30.
The cat woke me up...wanting his breakfast....and I think my foot got caught in the covers....and I landed on the floor with a WHUMP!
My H didn't wake up...and I didn't want him to....I have enough accidents as it is!
..And two of my fingers are heavily bandaged from minor surgery on Thursday, so I wanted to protect them.. 
I HURT ALL OVER!
I would appreciate some healing thoughts.

Oh no! I can't even imagine how much that must have hurt. Hardwood or carpet beside the bed? Carpet, I hope.
