I had a small setback the other day when STBX mentioned that he would be in Europe again for work next month. I know that OW will be accompanying him. I always wanted to go along on his international trips, but I was always home with small children and no one to leave them with. We always said when the kids were a little older we could all go.
Well, obviously that will never happen now. Then, out of the blue my 5 year old dd asked if we could go to Paris one day. I thought about it and said, yes we can and we will! It probably won't happen for several years, but I'm going to open up a "Paris" savings account and just add small amounts to it monthly. I figure it's a goal that me and my kids can have together.
Who wants to be stuck in Europe with that lying douchebag anyway? I'd much rather experience it with my children.

Sounds like a great plan!
