I am trying to find a bok that will help me in dealing with an extremely difficult ex-spouse in a co-parenting situation. I've already tried "Co-parenting with a Jerk" but our situation is much worse than the situations in that book. Can anyone suggest a really good one?

I'm currently reading Raising the Kid You Love With the Ex You Hate by Edward Farber. The only problem I have with the book is that I feel it isn't me who should be reading it-- it should be my XWH! I am doing much of what Farber says is effective and beneficial for the children, but my XWH is doing EVERYTHING wrong (according to the book). It might be worth a look, though.
