Last year one co-worker committed suicide (46) and another one died of esophageal cancer (54) he was at stage 4 when the docs figured out what was wrong in Jan...He died 3 mos later... His partner now works for us.. Hes been here 3 mos and has a horrible cough, always sound like he has the flu or something...

Two months ago another co-worker (55) was diagnosed with colon

cancer and is doing radiation treatment now... This morng i find out my co-worker who i work directly with has been going to several docs to find out why she has this pain in her back... Well, she has stage 4 thyroid cancer..... She thought the doctors removed her thyroid over 10 years

and they did not... The cancer has

eaten most of the T-5 of her spine... The team of oncologists and others cant believe shes still walking, driving, and functioning ... I'm sooo sad...

How awful, idkam. Keeping them (and you) in my thoughts.

I can't even imagine what it must feel like to have so many of those you are close to die, or in the process of trying to survive. It must be hard to go to work everyday. I hope you are taking care of yourself. (((hugs)))

(((idkam))))

I trust you is a better compliment than I love you, because you may not trust the person you love, but you can always love the person you trust. - UnknownRelationships are like sharing a book, it doesn't work if you're not on the same page.
