When you set up an alert for 'office manager' positions and they send you postings for pizza delivery drivers...what do they know that I don't??

I'm in banking and I get alerts for Nursing jobs. Given my bedside manner, I don't believe that would be the best job for me.
No one changes unless they want to. Not if you beg them. Not if you shame them. Not if you use reason, emotion, or tough love. There is only one thing that makes someone change: their own realization that they need to.

I get this a lot. I'm looking for HR/Benefits administrator and I get engineering jobs.
