...or maybe it's the beer

At any rate...I have family over and they are helping me to do a few house projects this week.

We had a great grill out tonight and even lit off a few fire works.

I let Teslet stay up ridiculously late because the neighbors were lighting off fireworks too. Finally, as I'm bringing him in, he says he can't wait to spend time with his aunt tomorrow. I told him that he is going to dad's this weekend and that I would be picking him up on Sunday. He gets incredibly upset and says that he doesn't want to go to dad's because his aunt is leaving on Sunday and besides he wanted to spend time with me

He then started talking about how he couldn't wait till it was just me and him alone again (I've had family bunking out here for the past week, it's been busy and a bit chaotic).

Never, ever doubt yourself stable parents! Your kiddos know and value the difference between stability and chaos.

I don't know how it's possible that I love Teslet so much and I've never even met him

I'm glad you had such a great night!

Beautiful boy.

I love it that they miss me but I hate it that they have to miss me IYKWIM?

I may have reached a point where I'd piss on him if he was on fire.... eventually!!
