Just got married!
I got married in 1993, and just now in 2013. Ha! Just realized that.
I don't post much, so I don't expect any to know me, but just wanted to extend hope to the newer people here. I am NOT saying, "someday you will find your special someone." I mean, I certainly hope you do! But what I've learned through all this infidelity experience, and we hear it all the time, is how important healing is. I am at a very happy place in my life now, and I can say that if my new husband ever cheats on me, having gone through it before, I know that I can survive and even thrive after the experience. I am a complete person all on my own and do not NEED a partner. It is nice to have one, but I am my own soul mate.
I hope that doesn't come across as diminishing my new sweet, wonderful amazing, nearly perfect hubby, but I hope you get what I'm trying to say?

Ha ha Threnody, that is a great idea! As it turns out, we are saving the reception til the fall, so now I may have to incorporate that idea!
It was just us and kids, no family or friends, as we just wanted to seize the moment.
I think I can, not this year sadly. 
He doesn't have enough vacation time to come with us. I'll be out there the week of August 11th, just fyi.
