After a failed attempt at mediation at the beginning of June, we've got court coming up on July 31.. My attorney sent me an email that said, "Looks like all his attorneys are bailing on him," and included an attachment with their Motion to Withdraw from the case. POS was on his third attorney from the firm, and the letter says that she and the whole firm are requesting to withdraw..
I had a similar motion filed by my old attorney when I switched lawyers, but mine stated all communication should be forwarded to my new attorney. Their motion requests that all communication be sent to him at his house.
Not for sure here, but we just subpoenaed his employer for his time stamps and benefits, so I'm guessing he had to admit that he HAS been working when he was supposed to be watching the children and that he was lying about his pension plan, and I'm sure no lawyer would appreciate being lied to..
I don't think he's saved emails or text messages either, so not sure how he's going to fight our contempt motion for disparagement in front of the kids since I have him admitting it all in emails and texts (and we showed 2 of them to him and his attorney in mediation), and he probably can't even show the rest to his lawyers since he probably didn't save them.. Dumbass..
The POS also changed his email address. Let's pretend his name is Fred. He changed it from "email@example.com" to "firstname.lastname@example.org." The new one is way more truthful..
I don't want to get over-confident here, but with the help of my new lawyer and all of you guys here at SI, I think the Karma bus is about to run him over. Multiple times
