The 180 is hard to understand for me but I think that I saw it in action with a movie. Its called Fried Green Tomatoes. It made me laugh and inspired me. If you haven't seen it, maybe it could cheer you up. (There is no cheating, just a few clueless husbands).

So I've never seen the movie (ducks for cover)
Can you tell me what it does in regards to the 180 specifically? I'm intrigued.

Lol You did catch what they did to the abusive husband...right? So I'd avoid it if physical abuse has been an issue. Course, I admit I did kind of enjoyed that part (hey it's fiction.

That is one of my all time favorites!!!
I especially love the part where her husband thinks she is going crazy because she gets herself some of 'those hormones' and begins to find herself and care about her health.... lots of funny parts.... no triggers for most of us! And soooo much truth about life in it!
