Okay, I have to vent.
A little background - I am one of three supply technicians for the Trade shop for the Province. The mechianical supply tech is off on sick leave (long story), the electrical supply tech went off on two weeks vacation.
So upon his return he was told to not take a bunch of overtime to get caught up (he takes a lot of overtime and it is being noticed, since I never get any). He throws me under the bus!! Tells them that he had to do a bunch of work because I don't know how to order the mechanical supplies, and I didn't cover his work when he was gone!
Now all the bosses here know that I am beyond competent I explained that we had split up the mechanical supply tech duties and he was doing the inventory ordering and I was doing all the non inventory ordering (which is like 80% of the work). GRRRR. 
I did do some of his work and his boss knows it as he got the invoices, but I could not cover it all, if one person could do all three jobs then there would be only one job. I only took 1 1/2 hours of overtime over two weeks of doing three jobs.
He is so frustrating to work with. Keep in mind he is actually Schizophrenic and on medication so I always give him the benefit of the doubt, but there are some days I just want to strangle him.
They have taken work away from him and given it to me,and got me to train the new supply tech (even through the electrical tech has been here for like 25 years) but he doesn't pick up on that at all.
I am currently getting my revenge on his shitty stab in my back by caterwalling crocodlie rock while I do my work.
