Had my first therapy session this morning. I feel better than when I walked in. I talked and talked. Maybe in circles, but she got my story.

Step one is to take care of myself, then get s little stronger and go from there.

I remember my first session...

Just like you I talked and talked, and I was a total scatter brains. By the time I finished one thought, I was already onto another, then onto another. Lol. My T is the only one I have talked to about my W A's, besides my WW. It feels great to be able to talk to someone, and they can give you skills to help.
