Things are pretty good. A brief update on some things: I retired due to stress related heart issues but am doing ok and spend lots of time volunteering in the community and doing some traveling. I haven't repeated the epic coast to coast road trip visiting SIers, but did tow an enclosed trailer to Chicago the last week of February/first week of March for a local high school team, right when that snowstorm was creating havoc on I40 in New Mexico and Texas. Some fun!! My youngest is away at college so for the first time since I was 21 there are no kids at the house. It's quiet! My German Shepherd puppy is now almost 5 years old and 95lbs. His elbow displacia is much worse and I may have to make a decision I don't want to make real soon. I love that boy! Other than those things, everything else is pretty much the same. It took a really long time, and I'm not the same as before but am pretty comfortable with the "new normal".
