Crying so much this morning for a myriad of reasons I got a break from work and curled up in bed. Next thing I know my furbaby who has been hiding from me all morning because her insulin injection this morning hurt her (she shifted right when I stuck the needle in) jumps up on the bed curls up next to me and nuzzles at me until I hug her. She has not moved. She usually squirms out of a hug. I love this warm furry bundle.

Oh, yeah. I posted a few weeks ago about my cat. She is dying. Renal insufficiency. The vet's told me yesterday that her blood indicates that she is much worse than she was. You would never know it from her behavior. She is playful (for a 15 year old) affectionate, eating and drinking, and just acting normally, allowing us to give her subQ injections with minimal fuss.

She was my buddy while dealing with all the nonsense with SAfWH. My rock. She never leaves my side.

I'll miss her. I'm glad you have a furbaby to give you comfort.

Me-BS-71 in May HIM-SAFWH-74 I just wanted a normal life.Normal trauma would have been appreciated.
