I hope that is okay with everyone!
We have these required weekly meetings at work. It's only for an hour and we get paid for it. So I really don't mind. However, if we don't show up, we get written up. This is something that management came up with.
Let me say, I do really love my job and I have the best supervisor but if we get written up for not going, why is it that our supervisors don't get written up for being no shows and cancelling these meetings whenever they want.
Now I am sure the last thing our supervisors want to do is these meetings because it's always over something we should all already know. I'm sure they have better things to do with their time.
I'm in no way really upset over this. Just something that crossed my mind lol.
