Bumping in hopes that others who have used this type of therapy, will read and give advice.

I tried it for about 5-6 sessions. While I got a couple of decent therapeutic sessions from it, it didn't seem to really offer much help for me.
Married 30 yrs. w/ 2 grown kids
Dday 1: Very early 2007
Dday 2: Mid 2008 (same MOW, 14 month false R)
The affair was the aberration, not the marriage or the man.

I've tried hypotherapy before, although not for betrayal. While it helped me dredge up some deeply-buried feelings, it didn't help me solve the problems around them. It took weeks of talk therapy to do that.
