I have noticed lately that my clothes are fitting a little looser than normal. My scrubs have been falling off me and look huge on me. So, at work last night I weighted myself.
Oh my god. Since the start of spring I have lost 21 pounds. I weigh less than what I did when I found out I was pregnant. I am 9 pounds away from my livable weight and 14 from my goal.
I have no idea where all the weight went? I do do a lot of walking at work, I take my lunch break and walk the grounds for lunch and I have been taking the stairs everyday. I do eat. But man, I fit into a pair of jeans I have not worn since 2007. I few more pounds and I will weight what I did when I went to boot camp in 2002.
It feels great. Now all I got to do is hit the gym during my break and do a little toning and I should be there before I know it. I guess being stressed and running around all over has paid off. I am hoping to be at my goal by september/october.

I do
It is visiting with me and providing insulation for my six pack.
But anyway... good for you! Starting thinking about a new Fall wardrobe.
